Dünyanın önde gelen video oyun geliştiricilerinden BioWare, Dragon Age 2’nin Bioware’in Edmonton’daki stüdyosu tarafından geliştirilmekte olduğunu duyurdu. Dragon Age 2, Game Informer, G4, IGN ve SpikeTV tarafından 2009’da “Yılın RYO’su” seçilen, üçlü platinyum satış rakamlarına ulaşan Dragon Age: Origins’in devam oyunu. Bioware, Dragon Age 2 ile türde yeniden devrim yaratıyor ve oyun evrenini daha fazla aksiyon, yeni savaş sistemi ve çok yönlü, dinamik bir hikaye ile dolduruyor.

Dragon Age 2 Yıkım’da hayatta kalan ve Dragon Age evreninin çehresini sonsuza kadar değiştirecek bir kahraman olacak Hawke’ı konu alıyor. Yıkım’da hayatta kalmış, Kirkwall Şampiyonu olmuş olan Hawke’ın güçlenişinin ardındaki efsane, gizemlerle ve rivayetler dolu. 10 yıllık bir süreci anlatan yeni hikayede oyuncular zorlu ahlaki seçimler yaparak, en ölümcül müttefikleri etraflarında toplayarak, şan ve servet kazanarak ve tarihteki yerlerini sağlamlaştırarak öykünün anlatımına yardımcı olacaklar.
