Download .Net framework 4 or higher

http://rapidshare.com/files/389574266/Net_framework_4.rar

Lan - Method

1.
Getting the files.

Go to http://rapidshare.com/files/389574180/mw2_server_emu.rar
And download the file, use 7-zip or your favourite archive app and extract the files.

2.Opening the ports.
not sure about the ports, but for now it worked without opening anyports! but you might want to add these ports to the exceptions:

1500 - UDP
3005 - UDP
3101 - UDP
13000 - TCP

Since its those alter iwnet uses.

3.
Starting the server.
Now you are ready to go! make sure you run the exe with administrator privileges and when prompted add the exe to your firewall.

192.168.x.x is most likely the ipv4 adress you want.
