üst logo linkini nasıl değiştirebilirim?

üst taraftaki logonun linkini değiştirmem lazım.Yani başka bir resim koymak istiyorum oraya.Koymak istediğim resim jpg uzantılı. Acil yardım lütfen.Şimdiden teşekkürler...
